The Pyrolitic Incinerator “PYROCOL” uses a combustion proces similar to the one used at the plant for Coque production. The wastes are burned using their oun calorific pouwer, out with combustion air controled, much under the estequiometrics needs. This lets a partial reaction that converts the wastes in a combustible gas whit oxygen defect, whose name is Pyrogas. The deficiency of oxigen comes from the quick cracking of the free carbon and guaranty on extremely clean combustion proces. The very low combustion speed does not let the exesive solid material to be converted to gas, maintaining low the rate of solid in the gases emited to the atmosfera.

The Pyrogas enters the Termic Reactor (Secondary Chamber) where it is combined with exese air, quickly reacting at high temperature to the complete combustion, obtaining at the end clean and inert gas. The proces is support whit a minimun of combustible, used to heat and maintain the temperature into the reactor. The control of the burnes and air in the reactor lets a temperature range that is selected acordingly to the requirement fixed by the Enviromental authorities.
